If the goods do not conform to the description or are damaged, the buyer may apply for a return, and the seller shall bear the return shipping cost.
If the item is not as described or damaged, the seller reserves the right to reject the return application. If the buyer insists on returning the goods, it is responsible for the return freight.
All return requests must be made within one week of receipt of the goods.
Once the return is made, Amanbo will refund the seller the transaction commission for the order.
Amanbo encourages users to negotiate their own return requests. In the event of a dispute, the Amanbo platform will intervene and make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.
